Try standing so you aren't pushing your hips out. Try keeping the natural curve in your spine and you will walk better and not stick those bones out.

Yoga is a great way to learn good posture and balance! Give it a shot. I love it.

Some women just have femoral necks that stick out.....there is no changing your skeleton. If you've got excess weight there- or "saddlebags", some regular (3-4x/week) aerobic exercise along with hip abduction exercises should do the trick- think sideways leg raises.

Most girls like there hip bones to show some...but maybe you need to gain a little weight?

i have hip bones that stick out and they always have no matter what i did. it could be just they way you are built.

i try and keep them behing my flesh but lately its been a problim
hunks of me have fallen off
