I just bought a PC game..Medal of Honor Pacific Assault.
Once i installed it, i clicked play, and this thing popped up and it says...
Medal of Honor requires a video card that fully supports
DirectX 8.1. The video card in this system does not fully support DirectX 8.1
WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?? Can i download something so it can work?

You'll need to buy and install a new video card. Your computer isn't up to date with the games requirements.

You might just need to upgrade your Video Card especially if you are just using onboard video accelerator (no actual Card to speak of). There are some very inexpensive cards online and retail.
