I wonder how some hispanics feel about the rise in hate? I guess all races in America experience this at one point. Sort of a fad, that comes and goes. Sometimes we take the backburner to the hate, at other times were the number one. Any view points?

Well, the immigration issue, is what has caused, a rise in racisim towards hispanics. More like anger towards them, that becomes racial slurs, and racist attitudes. Not in all people obviously, but in some.

I used the term "Hispanics", because I wanted to include other people from other countries. Such as, El Salvador, Peru, Guatemala, and so on. These are people who are often illegal immigrants, and are often grouped as being "Mexican", but indeed deserve to be recognized and respected seperatly as well. So yeah funny.

I agree the whole thing is about racism. We want to blame them, and they do create problems. But the only reason they got here is because that crooked business got the corrupt government to look the other way on the whole deal. Business likes it for cheap labor and government can manipulate a underclass easier. And who are we mad at and going after? business and government for leaving the door open? or the people that came through the door just looking for opportunity? Not business and government because they are part of the white majority. It's easier to blame the poor ethnic underclass for trying to get ahead.

I don't think anti-illegals are racists. I'm Hispanic and I know that some minutemen are of Hispanic descent just trying to make sure people don't get here illegally. I think the race that is being kind of look down upon are the Arabs becuase of the terrorism issue. You're right it is a fad and when that is over, they will pick on somebody else. Carlos Mencia says "America is like a giant game of tag, somebody always it".

When US was colony of Britain they used to hate catholics and enslaved blacks. After the independence they started to hate red indians and kill them. Blacks gained freedom but they continued to be hate. Them the catholics Irish and Italians, for that the people hated Irish, Italians and catholics in a whole. Now it's hispanic and middle-easterners time. During this hole time blacks continued to be hated.
Anyway, I find funny that people hate the illegals that are trying to feed their family, not the government that does nothing to stop them.
I'm not hispanic, but I'm latino (Brazilian). I don't care so much because I don't live in the US, and don't have the intention. What irritates me is the stereotypes that are created. Like the myth of the hispanic race. We're a diverse people (although united).

I still think it's the middle easterners who are most hated right now.
But I have noticed the rise in hatred to hispanics. The border issues aren't new, but in an attempt to give us a false sense of security the idea of closing our borders has been batted around.
What I haven't heard is 1) how it's going to be done effectively and 2) what will happen to hispanics who are illegal, but have established a life here.
It makes me chuckle when people attribute most crime to illegal aliens; they're just fooling themselves if they think that they have a monopoly on crime in this country.

I see you published in R&S too, that's going to be interesting to work out how the solutions fluctuate... good call no longer posting in Politics... besides, the guy needless to say has some race/custom hatred if he desires to kill all of them, that's not greater useful than the violent religious people. however there's a lot of violence endorsed interior the Qu'ran and the Bible, so it somewhat is in basic terms organic people could use those so-spoke of as "holy doctrines" to justify their violent urges and yearning for capability and cultural dominance. the subject is lack of understanding; if we greater useful show the individuals, there'll positively be a dramatic drop interior the quantity of believers of the contradictory bronze-age religions, and we are able to pass in the direction of a greater unified, non violent and enlightened international. BQ: unusual Fruit - Billie holiday, guy that's a reliable track... "Evil" - Stevie ask your self, i'm going to edit if i think of of greater useful ones.

It cracks me up how mexicans say that we hate hispanics instead of saying mexicans.lol You always just say mexican or chicano when you see it fit. Stop trying to group yourselves with the other hispanics because we're not the same. The only thing we have in common is spanish. Our irritation is with illegal mexicans and pompus mexicans. Not all hispanics or latinos.

Don't know. But, Hispanics are becoming rising celebrities. Look at Cassie, Paula Deanda And Vanessa Hudgens. And Look at J.LO. They all have mind-blowing voices. Love them.
