HONOLULU, HI – The Constitutional Hearing for Duane “Dog” Chapman, son Leland Chapman, and associate Tim Chapman commenced on December 22, as scheduled, in Guadalajara, Mexico, in the Federal District Court.
The Chapmans’ attorney, William Bollard, said that the hearing will continue after the court resumes its operations in January. The Mexican courts are closed during the holidays.
“We expect the court to finish the hearing in the next session, and take the matter under advisement and issue a written ruling at that time,” Bollard stated. He did not comment further on the case.
We will keep everyone advised as soon as we know the date for the next hearing session.

I believe he got arrested on some sort of drug charges.

i think i heard somewhere that the mexicans had watched him on tv saying bra all the time so when he was in the mexican jail they made him wear a bra and panties
