Hi, i got a problem with my 95' nissan sentra. when im on heavy traffic i noticed that the car's rpm is slowing down.. while waiting for the green light.. from 900 rpm it goes down till the engine stops.. i already increased the rpm. but still no effect.. it's like it loses power when you are not stepping on the gas. so i keep on stepping on the gas to keep the engine running... is there something wrong with parts like spark plugs? guess i havent change it for a year..

sounds like you might have a vacumn leak ,look under the hood for one of those little rubber hoses that might have fallen off.you also might hear a hissing sound if you listen while its running

It's probably a "Throttle Position Sensor"....you should have an OBC "on board computer" in that 95. Call Nissan and ask how to access the OCB.

That happend to my vehicle and it replaced into my "pcv valve"...... "playstation in the experience that your a woman with vehicle situation, flow to an "vehicle zone" ask them to plug your vehicle into the diagnostic factor (its unfastened). Then tell them the indications of your vehicle and that they'd tutor you how to. ensure you learn the little issues and dont get ripped off.. They see women human beings comin from amile away at vehicle shops. So in case you're taking it in, say something smartsy manly like "burp! i think of it might desire to be the pcv valve" :D
