I do not intend to be rude or anything, but I realized there are not many.

Yeah, that's true about the rude answers. You most likely will see some. Just report them though.

One may have dropped out of the NHL but site http://espn.go.com/nhl/s/2002/0223/1339675.html says there are currently 13.

Here's a decent site for your question although you'll have to do the counting I think.

http://www.infoplease.com/spot/bhmhockey1.html

An excerpt from the site: Willie O'Ree became hockey's version of Jackie Robinson on Jan. 18, 1958.

One I know of the top of my head:

Kevin Weekes
Jarome Iginla
Anson Carter
Georges Laraque
Donald Brashear
Mike Grier

And previously Gretzky's Oilers were netminded by the great Grant Fuhr.

Note: A security guard where I used to work played minor league hockey back when it was still very difficult to break into the NHL because of his skin color. He never went to the NHL and told me that there were many players that would call him racial slurs and he just had to ignore them. It's nice to see the NHL allowing whoever is skilled enough to make the NHL to actually make it.
