My friend was kind of chubby when she was younger, but now that she's gotten into shape and whatnot, a lot of guys have been attracted to her. However, she's scared to let any of the guys (or most of her friends) see how she looked like when she was younger.

Do you think if someone were to see her younger pictures that their attraction for her would lessen? Should that be the case, or is it normal?

This is completely normal. She's obviously insecure about her weight when she was younger and doesn't want people to judge her for her past. Obsesity is judged very harshly and it's not necessary for anyone to know her past because it's the past. She's shed it for a reason. She's happy now and what's most important is who she's become.

It's great that she improved her looks physically, but her and friends sound pretty superficial. Even if she was still chubby that shouldn't affect their friendship. Hope she gets over it and realizes she is more than her looks.

No i don't think so, if my husband was fat when he was younger i'd still love him as much as i did when i first met him, after seeing a picture. the past is the past if they are really into her then no, the past doesn't matter. let it go...

The past would not matter to me and I think no one would care

No way, that is badass, especially since I see so many people every day who whine and ***** about losing weight and do nothing.

It should not matter at all.....its how she feels about herself now that matters.

probably not. that's like comparing fake and real breasts. most guys won't care if they get to hold them.
