Pulled the skin right off of your shaft, if so...how do you keep it from sticking to your leg while its healing?

First of all get some good lubrication dude! oil, lotion, vaseline... something sufficiently slippery, then you won't have that problem.
In the mean time, you can try lightly wrapping it with bag balm (in the green square can) and gauze to keep from having a mess. Make sure it is not tight, or it could hurt if you get aroused.

I think you should consider using lotion while, you know. This will keep your manhood lubricated and moisturized at the same time.

nope, I have made it a bit sore and tender though, so I had to stop for a couple days
