and both were equally as healthy as the other, but seperating them ment that one would die.what would you do ? how would you choose what one would die or would you let them both live and stay joined ?

Depends on how they were joined and what their chances are for a normal life. I would pick the one who had the greatest chance of thriving. If separation meant one would die it means one is living off the other. The decision would damn near kill me.

Honestly I've noticed that most Siamese twins these days are born in foreign countries that are often less developed than the US. It makes me wonder if our prenatal care is catching them early and most are aborted. All and all it's a horrible choice to have to make.

I would do what the doctor recommends. I would leave them joined until they were old enough to safely try to separate them.

well i would keep them in a hospital until I could find out who is more healthier and try to See their behaviors
