I plant mostly heirloom seeds, and I enjoy the Seed Savers Exchange catalog offerings very much. They have absolutely beautiful plants and veggies, plus you can save the seeds from year to year and not have to buy more, since they aren't hybrids and will come up true to form every year.
For hot peppers and tomatoes, we like Cross Country Nurseries. Their transplants are healthy and do great, plus the selection is mind-boggling.
A decent multi-purpose site/catalog is Jung's. They have a good selection, and I've had fine customer service. The transplants are not as sturdy as I'd like all the time, but I haven't been dissatisfied enough to stop using them.

I like Burpees (burpees.com) and Territorial Seed Company (territorial-seed.com) Territorial is fantastic if you garden in the maritime northwest.

for tafttoots(?) reference to Thompson&Morgan here: http://www.thompsonandmorgan.com
It's great fun. I like the others mentioned too. See if you can find Nichols Seeds. I used to get about 25 different seed catalogs every year.
