I face them as much as I can, but there's some things that I prefer to run from...such as walking up to a rattle snake, bear or mountain loin or a big buck after I sprayed buck lure (female doe scent) on me...lol.

I used to run more often than not, but as I've become a leader among my peers and especially now that I am often responsible for children, I bite the bullet and face my fears. To show a child you're afraid is to risk transferring that fear to the child, and I can't bring my self to do that.

I face my fears head on. The theme in my life has always called on me to do so; that when I don't, the fears never go away, and they become bigger and hold me back.

By the time what I fear is on me, I have no choice but to face it. There is no running away from falling off of a ladder!

Sometimes I run away from them; but I've found that if I run too often, something will happen to force me to deal with them, so now I try to deal with them and move on.

I walk away from them if I can and face them if I have to.
(That would work well into a political campaign speech.)
