Question about black colleges?

Colleges around the country are required to have a certain percentage of minorities. Are black colleges held under the same regulations? Serious answers only.

You are mistaken. There are no regulations for colleges around the country to have a certain percentage of minorities. In fact, in California there is even a law barring state funded universities from considering race as a factor in college admissions.

actually I wonder if they have to do the oppisite and take me(a white guy)I would hope so (in the interest of fairness)I'll let ya know after the lawsuit.
