Ducks all the way, they.ve been outstanding until now and they're gonna keep their number 1 spot in the pacific division :)
so I predict a : 3-2 win.

as a huge sharks fan i'd always have to say the sharks. but it's gonna be tough one. the sharks will have to play their best hockey to anaheim, who has a ridiculous amount of points. as to your goal prediction i'm not too sure that will happen. in their most recent game vs. calgary (they won 4-1) their third or fourth string scored the most amount of points. it's not always the hot shots who always score the points (plus cheechoo isn't doing so good)
the person above me (miika_kiprusoff i think) who said that anaheim has a good defense because they have pronger. pronger isn't the only good defenseman, they have people like niedermayer and dipenta. pronger doesn't make the whole defense

Regardless of the next 6 regular season games, these two will likely see each other in the playoffs. That is when it will count. And as big a Sharks fan as I am, the Ducks are hot this season.

Ok so I watched the game first :). A better question might be who wins in a best of seven between these teams. For that I'll take the Ducks in 6 amazingly tough games.

I would say the Ducks no real reason but i think the defence is better because they have Pronger.
