It means nothing. Seriously.
It COULD mean, 1) he chickened out after the first, 2) he just likes it with one, things like that. Its not like the "earring" legend where "supposedly" the right meant gay and the left meant straight (which it DOES NOT!) All it means is you have one or more earrings!

I am gay. I have my right nipple pierced . I also have my right ear pierced. so to me it means I like to have things pierced. also my penis is pierced
