There have been at least 40 inside the park grandslams. In fact Jimmy Sheckard hit an inside the park grand slam in consecutive games on consecutive days in 1901 for the Brooklyn Superbats (later the Dodgers)

Of course, and many times.
Here are the ones that I've seen, either in the park or watching the game on TV.
In the late 80's (I want to say '88), in a game in Toronto, Jim Sundberg hit a ball into the right field corner. Jesse Barfield was in right, but the ball kept ricocheting past him. Manuel Lee came running out from 2nd, finally corraled the ball, and turned to throw it into the plate. The outfield action looked as though it was going in fast forward, but by the time Lee turned to face the infield, Sundberrg, who seems to be running in molasses, was closing in on the plate. The bases had been full.
On June 2, 1989, in a game in Boston, Junior Felix came to the plate with the bases loaded. He hit a rocket that bounced off the garage door in deep left-centre, but he was a speedster, and by the time that ball got to the plate, he was sliding in safely. That was the first inside-the-park home run by a visiting team at Fenway since Mel Stottlemyre did it in the mid-'60's.
In 1990, in a game in which the Yankees were in Boston, Jesse Barfield turned the tables and hit a ground ball down the right field line with the bases loaded, hit it just so, so that it couldn't be picked at first and got past the right fielder. Around he came to score.
In the Rockies first (or perhaps second year), when they still played their home games at Mile High Stadium, Fred McGriff was at bat for the Padres, with the bases loaded. Well, that wall was padded, very well padded. McGriff's liner hit off a seam in the right field fence, and the ball actually got past Larry Walker, Yeah, Larry Walker, who on more than one occasion in his career, held a runner advancing from second to one base while his teammate hit a double. That ball bounced and bounced, and McGriff, too, came around to score.
You might be able to find a full list somewhere. I'd suggest starting with the site I list below. You'll have to hunt around, but I'm reasonably certain that there's a list from there, somewhere.
christopher_kitchens56..., your list is partial. And there have been inside the part HR's since 1999.

Yes - there has been many - in fact too many for me to list. But if you are interested - Tim McCarver was the last Cardinal to do it.
