no. on the Playstation version your sims CANNOT have babies. it is possible on the PC ONLY.

They can.
Have them go to bed together or sit in a car together and when you click on them, if their levels are high enough, you can click "Try For Baby". They'll "WooHoo" and your Sim may or may not get pregnant.
Your Sim will have morning sickness and grow a round belly, if she is pregnant.
The pregnancy lasts a while and then, ta-dah, a baby arrives.
