I barely go on that thing but it's nice and simple compared to other services, but it used to give me a lot of viruses!
It's annoying when people to leave nifty online "away" messages for their buddies all day.
I don't like how it's taking over today's youth and the reason we have such a problem with obesity in this country. Instead of going out and riding bike or playing back yard football young kids spend hours on end talking on AIM to their friends or getting sexually abused in chat-rooms while they eat junk food and become fat.

I don't like AOL. It was a bear to cancel my AOL service, and have no desire to have anything to do with them again.
I use Yahoo IM now.

some people will use it to bully others
and say things they don't mean
it's promoting bad communication
TALK on the phone
then there is no mis communication
over what someone TYPED
or "SAID" wrong
