A Nikon digital camera, which was a nice thought, but I am such a SLR, give-me-my-film kinda girl. I sat it on my desk and looked at it all day. I do feel sorry for it, but I love my old metal body Nikon FE and I love my pockets being filled with film that I have either not shot or I have and just haven't had developed, and I love opening up my packet of pictures and finding out that 4 prints out of 24 are spectacular. I am being dragged kicking and screaming into the 21st century...

The books I got are: Plato's Republic, City of God, The Divine Comedy, Utopia, War and Peace, and short stories by Leo Tolstoy.
The DVDs I got are: Goodfellas, Scarface, Miller's Crossing, Woodstock 69', Miller's Crossing, and Casino.....
And that is pretty much it aside from a few random things. I am a very lucky girl.

6 Stephen King books and 1 Dean Koontz book. My husband buys me books every Christmas and I LOVE it. I look forward to it every year and he goes through a lot to be sure he's not buying something I already have in my library. He also bought me 2 CD's "from Alyssa", our 16 month old. My mom bought us an Ionic Pro Ionizer for the house (bye-bye allergies!) and my granny bought me PJ's. Pretty good Christmas!

Socks and underwear. LOL Just like every year.
I got some DVDs (Monty Python and the Holy Grail, West Side Story, and Cars) and a few video games. My son will kick my butt in some new ones.LOL
