Is there a website to see if a number you are dialing from is considered a local call?

I am trying to find a website that you enter your home phone number and another number that you will be calling and it tells you if that call would be consider long distance or a local call.

usually that is listed in the front of your local phonebook.
I would check your local telephone company's website.
