I gave my Beaner gardner a ride back to the bus station, and now my car smells like tacos and burritos. How do I get that SPlC'S smell out?

Don't worry, Jose is not easily offended. He is just happy that he has a Yob. Our funny thing to do is, I spray his back with water at the end of the day, and then laugh. We both do!

Roll the windows down and spray Febreeze. That should do the trick. And yes, you should be nice and not talk about people behind their backs. I happen to like tacos.

Dont spray with anything, it just covers the odor for a while it doesn't take care of it. You could although spray baking soda water on it. or put baking powder on a cloth dry and wipe the seats. and then vac.

I certainly hope your gardener doesn't know that you use terms like this. Get your car washed and have an air-freshener installed.
Try to rid yourself of the racist/prejudicial attitude, too, while you're at it!

Use ionizer. It does not only remove bad smell but also remove unhealthy ions from your car interior. You may find ionizers at local car shops or electronic shops. It works for me.

You could spray some frebreeze or hangup one of those scented air fresheners (suggest vanilla scented one)
