Let an ice cube sit on top of it, and half way melted you should be able to start scraping the gum away very easily.with your nail.
It may take 2 ice cubes to do the trick...Good luck.
Once done, sop up with a good thick towel to absorb the water.

Oil breaks down gum--like if a child gets gum in their hair rub peanut butter into it and washes right out--so maybe a few drops of veggie oil --then spot clean the rug

set an ice cube on the gum, long enough to freeze it. Then use a fork and scrape back and forth across it

spray canned air on it to make it freeze then you should be able to pull it right off. Good luck!

egg workes good leve it for 1 hour or so and it should beable to be taken off

freeze it with ice then you can peel it off!!
