There's 2 Ways To Do So:
Copy Audio Files From Your Storage Media, Like A Memory Stick Or USB Device (1), And Via CD Import (2)..

With The Storage Media, Plug It Into The PS3 And Selec The File You Want To Copy. Press The Triangle Button And Select 'Copy' From The Options Menu, Then Follow The Instructions..

For Importing Via CD, Put Your CD In And Select The CD Icon.
Then Press The Triangle Button And Select 'Import' From The Options Menu..
Again, Follow The Instrutions On-Screen..

And Also, If I'm Not Mistaken, You Can Download Audio Via Internet Browser By Simply Selecing The File And Downloading It..
