I can't really say, since I'm not terribly familiar with what the 'other' presidents of the world have done. In the USA, it's difficult to say. Many were good in their day for different reasons:
1. George Washington
2. James Monroe
3. Franklin Roosevelt
4. Dwight Eisenhower
I also liked LBJ.

Ronald Reagan. Hands down the best President of the USA ever, then Washington, maybe Truman as 3rd place, JFK just for the Cuban missile thing and starting the moon programs.

Eisenhower
During the height of the Cold War he kept the country safe and still had time to play golf. The press hated him because he wasn't flashy, elegant and debonair like Kennedy. Eisenhower was more successful. He got the U.S. out of the Korean War and kept us from getting into Viet Nam. All nearly destroyed by that idiot playboy Kennedy, the most overrated President ever
