That's too big for any normal email. I'm guessing you don't have a DVD burner. You could network your computers with a router. You could swap out the hard drive and set it up as a slave with a IDE/USB converter cable. You could also get an Ethernet Crossover Cable or USB Crossover cable, and connect the laptop like an external hard drive and cut and paste to your hard drive.

this size is only possible to bemoved either by writing the movie to the dvd or by networking 2 comps.best wud be dvd writing as u wudalsohave a copy of that . but if u opt fornetworking u can do it by 2 ways.
1.using the usb ports. thats easy and hassle free. just get a usb connector cable and then work.
2. using a cross cabl. in this u need to set the tcp/ip settings of the computer, so its not very advisable. but if u want to use this option follow thee steps.
go to the local area connections of the comps -- right click--- properties. select tcp/ip settings. for one comp set ip as 192.168.1.1 and the other as 192.168.1.2
now connect the cables to the network cards. now share the drive u have the movie on it. now access the shared drive from the other comp. once u can find that, simply cut/copy and then paste.

a 716MB attachment won't be allowed on many mail servers. you will have to network the 2 computers together or use a USB transfer cable.
