Blakely (Blakelee), Addison, Taylor, Ryan, Jaden.

If you like Mikey you could always go with Michaela then nick name Mikey. I have actually heard Michael as a girls name before.

I LOVE when girls have boyish names.

I have a cousin named Joey and she's gorgeous and so nice and pulls off having a "boyish name" so easily.

Michelle Branch has a daughter named Owen Isabelle. I love that name and Michelle said she gave her baby a girlish middle name so she could go by that if she didn't like her first name when she gets older.

On the show The Hills on MTV there was a girl named Landon. I thought that was pretty cool. I'd probably spell it Landen or Landyn though.

I adore the name Rowan for a girl. And the name Ellery. They're both boys' names, but I think they're pretty for girls.

Good luck!

I kinda like Corey for a girl. But honestly, as a substitute teacher, one too many kids has "made a joke" when I'm calling role and boy with a girl name or girl with a boy name is out and I chose the more traditional gender to ask if that person has been seen anywhere that day. Kids can be obnoxiously cruel. I love the name Stacy for a boy, but I don't think I'd do that.

Remember the show Sisters? all the women on it had girly proper names with boyish nicknames:
Georgina - Georgie
Theadora - Teddy
Alexandra - Alex
Francesca - Frankie
Charlotte - Charlie

another one like that is Stephanie/Stevie.
