Take a washcloth and run Cold water on it then squeze it out a little bit then put it on your eyes...depends on how puffy your eyes are 4 how long u have to leave it on your eyes....

Tea bags under your eyes are supposed to help. Also, for long term permanent results, a healthy lifestyle(balanced diet, regular excercise,and adequate sleep) is supposed to be the way to go.

puffy eyes are just swollen eyes really. so to reduce swelling, grab two ice cubes and place them on your eyes for 5 minutes. yea its freezing but what we do to look beatiful...

cold spoons, or a cool compress made from a face cloth...
you can also buy one of those super cheap gel eye packs at the drug store, they are a lifesaver!

1) put cucumbers over ur eyes
2) take a small washcloth/small towel, dip it in ice cold water and lay it over ur eys...make sure the towel actually touches the eyes
3) SLEEP, SLEEP!!!
