there is smoke smell thruout the single wide trailer but the fire damage is contained to this 3'X3' mechanical room

This is the same answer I gave someone else. Get to a beauty supply house (I don't know where hospitals and physicians' offices get it) and buy Citrus 11. It get rid of any odor and is even effective against hepatitis B & C......I use it at home on everything. I even smoke and no one coming in the house can tell that a smoker lives in the house (although I open all the windows once a day and let the wind blow through real well, too)

simple green will do it. Just don't expect to wipe it down once and you are done.
