Okay what you do is get information from your states board of elections. For state recognition and ballot access in most states you need to start with a group of 25 people to work on core ideas, a name, and constitutional bylaws. Constitution is what talks about the specifics of your party like when you'll be holding meetings and the organizational structure of your party. Then you work on petitioning your party for ballot access. This means that you need to get 10,000 signatures distributed evenly among the districts in your state (some states may be easier than others). Then you fill out your application, you'll need to include a copy of your bylaws, some states require platform, your petition, your organizations name and logo, and probably an application fee. Then **TADA** you will have started a political party complete with recognition from the state where you started it in and complete ballot acces for all local elections including the presidency of the nation, along with this you will also have the ability to solicit funds for said party from the state and local businesses, special interest groups, lobbyists, and labor unions.

Supreme frustration.
I figure we are there.
You also need a good name, a web site to give money to, and an accountant to take care of the money so you can't get sued later.
I'd call it the "Populist" party.
Your turn.
