I was talking to one of my guy friends today.. about a uncoming New Year's Eve. party and he says "don't do anything I wouldn't do; because I'm not going to be there." I think I know what he's saying, but feel the need to get other opinions. Thanks!!!

A lot of people are suggesting that he likes me; which is correct because he also says I have a beautiful voice, etc.

I've had a guy say this to me, it means in some way I think he likes you. He wants you to be careful and stay out of trouble. He's just wanting you to think of him, so you be good and don't hook up with someone. He likes you, but if he doesn't show it in the New Year and your not interested, I would move on.

It could be that he possibly likes you as more than just a friend. He is trying to say that you should probably not hook up with a guy b/c he likes you and would be jelous. This from a guys opinion. Hope it helps.

Or....he is very protective of you and letting you know that he won`t be there to keep an eye on you (he`s telling you to be careful)
