Depends on why you want to be girly...
a)There's this guy you really like but he treats u like a friend not a girlfriend like you want him too and so you wana act more girly to get his attention....
Here's what you could do....
-wear you hair different everyday almost. down one day, curled the next, up on Wednesday, stragiht on Thursday... you get the idea
-wear light makeup. don't go all-out-heavy. that looks kinda bad if u don't wear much makeup. go for natural colors. like maybe light power and a little blush. maybe some light eye shadow. NO BLACK EYELINER! that look like horrible if you don't normally wear it. oh and wear lip gloss. don't be afraid to let someone see you put it on!
-Wear nice clothes. Not dressy, not designer, not something uncomfy! Just don't let it bag! wear a little tighter jeans. wear a scarf as a belt and everyone says pink...well stay true to your color! if you love blue, wear diff shades of blue!
-and lastly... wear jewlery! maybe layer 3 necklaces. like a choker, shell necklace (look great w/ anything), and a something that really defines you (i love moons and stars so i have a jade stone in the shape of a star i wear). also wear some earrings! small dangles... not all out! also wear a ring or two. and maybe a braclet. (i love twine braclets. you can write w/ them on and they don't get in the way!)
b)You wana be girly cause ur friends bug u bout being to boyish...
-Well just forget them! If they don't like u as u are then maybe they aren't ur real friends. Be who you really are. don't ever hide ur true self.
c)You wana be in that really girly clique at school because they get all the attention
-Forget them too! They know nothing except plastic... THEY ARE FAKE! Never be a clique. Be everything you are! (i'm not cliquey... i'm a mix of goth (kinda of), prep (in a way), nerd, geek, bookworm, smart aleck, TOMBOYISH! and you know what? no one bugs me bout being everything in the mix!)
d)You just wana be girly because you do... no specific reason.
-Follow the steps of a)! LOL

Good luck and always be yourself!

You have to be true and be happy with yourself. I bet there's a person in you who's both a tomboy and a girly girl. Honestly, becoming a total girly girl will get you bored sooner or later too! And since you seem not too comfortable and ready to be one, I'm not going to give you anything that's drastic. Little by little, you can build up your inner girlishness. First, start by paying attention to your looks a little more. I don't mean criticizing every little imperfection in yourself, I mean believing in yourself and gaining self confidence. Second, dress up a little more and play with makeup. Ask your experienced older sister or girly friend for guidance in makeup. Play around with different kinds of clothes and styles. Find what you're most comfortable with. Start wearing low cut heels, not really hurtful stilettos. I suggest wedged heels or cute clogs - they're so awesome! Have some fun with your hair too, waves one night and curls the next. Clipping and trying on some adorable newsboy caps and things will be sure to work a charm. Let me know how it goes for you! Bye, and good luck and happy styling.

-Keep your hair whatever length you like, as long as you do something to it every morning besides brush and blow dry it. -Look in some magazines for the newest hairstyles. Get your hair done frequently, ask your stylist what colors would go good in your hair. -Wear make up always, the works. If you don't know how to apply it, look it up, or ask a friend or relative to help you out with applying, colors, brands, etc. -Wear nice clothing, never just jeans and a t-shirt. You can have whatever style you like as long as it is trendy or classic styles. Never grunge though, gothic style is ok but you may be -disliked by the "goths". Have plenty of shoes, pretty ones too. Have sneakers, but remember there are boots, flats, heels, sandals, etc. -Have a girly girl vocabulary: mega, totally, well duh, like, lovin' it, omigosh, awww, smorgasborg, eek. Basically those words people scream in high pitched voices. -Listen to popular music. Try not to listen to a whole lot of rock music, unless you think the lead singer is cute. Classical music is accepted to, but generally boy bands and pop singers are in. Techno is also acceptable. Work at a clothing store or babysit. Never work at warehouses or any dirty job. Be friendly to everyone, make friends with all types. Get your hair done every few weeks Pink is the ultimate color, but there are other colors you can use. You don't have to be annoying to be mega girly.

OK, first, get a new haircut to start the transformation. A girly one, of course*giggle*. Next, buy makeup. A girly-girl isn't a true girly-girl without makeup. Ask the makeup counter assistants to help you find your shades and tones. Next, get a whole new wardrobe. Include halters, capris, skirts, sandals, everything girly. And last but not least, jewelry. Remember, diamonds are a girls' best friend.

Go shopping, at Goody's or Wal-Marts even! Get some jeans, and a blouse that says I am a girl to you, look at what other girls wear, try it out in the stores til you find you fav one and go for it, and hair no pony tails for awhile, go with it down, or if have short hair wear a cute clasp in it or a head band that matches a new girly outfit. Make-up, wear little but use lip glosses with shine and a hint of color.

You can become a girly girl. Just find someone who is really girly and try to be like them. They could be a celebrity or just a girly person around you. Once you are girly has they are you can be your own kind of girly. Just start to think like what you think a girly person would.

Well, first I would suggest that you wear skirts sometimes. Wear little "baby" tees, maybe with a floral design, or vintage tees (with paisley or foreign themes: like old perfume ads or designs of castles, etc.). Pay attention to your jewelry: have it be understated instead of big and bold. Look for clothes that aren't hard-edged, but softer in style. Pay attention to your nails: paint them. Don't wear athletic shoes a lot.

Not sure if any of this helps. Look for clothes you like that bring out your femininity. "Girly" colors might include: pale/medium blues; pinks; beiges; lavender; soft green; peach.

Just start by wearing "girlier" clothes that you feel comfortable in. Don't try to do the mini skirt on the first day. Start with make up by wearing colored lip gloss and a little mascara. Paint your toe nails and finger nails the same color (i suggest mani/ pedi). Curl your hair-don't just wear it in a ponytail. Wear earrings- nothing too big or large at first-maybe some short dangly ones.
