It depends on how long it is, but you might be looking somewhere between 20 minutes to 3 hours or so.

For clarification:

iTunes movies run approximately 10.5 megabytes per minute of video.

A 90-minute video is then 945 megabytes.

There are 1,024 kilobytes in a megabyte; thus 967,680 kilobytes for a 90-minute video.

Over a long period of time, a 56kbps modem will probably average out around 2.5 kilobytes per second downloading.

967,680 kilobytes divided by 2.5 kbps is 387,072 seconds.

Divided by 3600 is 107.52 hours

Divided by 24 is 4.48 days.
