Same, except for when a man has a foreskin, then his sensations will be much stronger than a circumcised man's penis because the uncovered glans gets toughened by years of rubbing against clothing. They also have more pleasure receptors because the foreskin has many more pleasure receptors than regular shaft skin.

It varies, but generally, the most sensitive spot is right past the crown of the glans; just under the cock head's rim.

I asked my wife and she said it is mostly the same, however it can vary slightly depending on how sensitive they are and if they are circumsized or not.
