It's a kinda rave/techno/dance song from late 90's, I think, a girl sings it.

it's kinda dance/techno/trance (not sure tbh)

Late 90's early 00's (pretty sure it's 90's)

It's a girl signing/saying it, and the "na na na na na,[pause for background twidly computery electric tune] na na na na na na na na na nAna na" is the chorus, she signs it quite a few times on and on.
