Most corporate networks use domain servers and each computer must be setup for a Domain login. If you are using XP Pro that should not be to hard, just talk to your IT person. If you are using XP Home then you will not be able to do this since XP
Home can not connect to Domain Networks, only Workgroup networks

1. make sure your office has a wireless access point so that you can connect to the internet.
2. your network administrator may have setup certain protocols on wireless network that doesn't allow you to connect. (ie, MAC filtering, limit on number of wireless connections)

Most companies don't allow personal machines to be connected to the company network. I've long lost count of the number of virus infections that were brought in on personally owned machines.
If the company allows it, you'll need to get with the systems admin to get the necessary configuration information.

That is because they do not have link system wireless interenet access. Evidently they do not want their employees watching porn while they are supposed to be working.

talk with your network administrator. if he is competent, and your company have wireless networking, then he can set it up for you.
Or if you're bringing it without your boss's consent, then buy a wireless router and share the resource with your workstation.
