It's actually quite easy... Once you have done the google search ( use "Exact Phrase" ) and you have the basic info, you can go to the city and/or county website of the human you are trying to hunt down.
Most of the info you need, lawsuits, etc are on the sites for free. Also, most states post this information as well, though it takes a bit of searching.
Then, there are pay services such as intellius. You pay either a monthly fee or a per search fee, and they are THE best at uncovering all that you are looking for. I use intellius when doing background checks on clients.

You have to pay for all the details, but I have gone to my States Courthouse website and looked up info....from tickets, lawsuits, restraining orders,child custody battles...etc. Hope that helps!

A friend of mine found his ex's arrest record for a fee online...I am not sure what service he used but I could find out for ya hon! hugsssssssssss

You have to have money to buy all of that information. You have to search for someone, then give them money and they may find what you want.
