Humanity might already be extinct. If there were any humans left, they could no go to Mars because Mars will also be swallowed up by the sun.

The chances of humans still being around in 4 billion years is vanishingly small. 200 million years is a tremendously long run for any kind of animal, much less a species. Consider that the entire age of dinosaurs lasted about 160 million years...your 4 billion years is 25 times longer! Vertebrates did not come onto land until 400 million years ago...that is only 1/10 of 4 billion.

Humans will be on Mars LONG before then. And what is this "big red sun came" you speak of? In any event, humand wil likely be far gone in 4billion years. I would estimate that we kill ourselves within the next 10,000 years if we are even lucky enough to last that long.

We'd better move before that, the sun is slowly heating up, 30% every billion years. In another billion years it will be too hot here for most life.

That won't help. If we're still alive (and I'm not convinced we're going to last 40 years, much less 5 billion), we'll have to find a new star. Or make one, since by the time our star goes, most of the similar ones will be going too.

Moving to Mars isn't going to do any good should the sun explode. The Sun would consume Mars as well.

No, because when our sun grows to a red giant its size will expand to about neptune, enveloping every planet in between, including mars.
