I have emails sent by Aquamails a Paid To Click site, I've tried to log in, and it says site been suspended

does anyone know why?

Pay to Click sites usually exist to perpetuate some kind of fraud. The company who hosts Aquamail's website may have suspended the site for fraud complaints, or because Aquamail sent out spam and the host received many complaints.
