You can do this yourself! What lines need replacement?

I am doing this right now on an 85 Fiero, all the lines. There is a place that has exact replacement in stainless even but it's not worth it. I went to Loew's and got 20 feet of gage solid copper wire. Marked it off in 12 inch increments, then started with the longest run, from the master cylinder to the junction for the left and right lines in the rear and similarly shaped each bend along the existing line all the way to the fitting in the rear. Noted the length and will get that length of line of that size with fittings and bend it up to match the copper wire's bends. Then exchange old for new. Do the same with the rest of the shorter lines. Will probably have to use a coupling to join two shorter lines to make the long run.

The hardest part is getting the old fittings to break loose without damaging other parts and hardware.

In the mean time, I'll look for some URLs of companies that have pre-bent lines that you need. Shipping costs alone will hurt the wallet.

I gotta agree with moe. What are you trying to replace, the flex lines are a stock item. I get them all day long from Autozone and OReileys. Maybe you are not making a good ID on the part. Take one off and take it to a hydraulic hose shop or even marine shops make their own hoses. be sure to have the hose fitting size
