muy guapo does mean very handsome or really cute
papi does directly translate to father or daddy
it can also refer to any guy especially if he is referred to as cute. Papi in this sense will be a term of endearment/flirtatious.

"Muy Guapo Papi" and it means "Very handsome daddy"
