male! All the woman I make friends with end up being backstabbers or hit on your husband, gossip and talk about you, behind your back. ...This is just my expirience and I'm not trying to generalize.

I have three really great friends that I can share anything with. These girls are in for the long haul and have been a real help to me, personally and professionally. I have a lot of male friends but we tend to lose contact when they get engaged or married. I don't blame women for wanting to limit their bf's contact with a woman who is single. I had a really great neighbor whom I spoke to every day and he has a wonderfull daughter whom I love, but he got married and his wife moved him away. I could really benefit from more male friends now that you asked!

I definitely have more male friends. I have a few female friends but only because they're funny and not at all catty or bitchy. Men are just usually more relaxed and fun and don't get caught up in all the drama that a lot of girls like.

Male they are more honest and the few female friends I have I trust a lot, but there are a lot of females that turn on you quick and I hate drama

Male friends....Im not all that sensitive about stuff and for some reason most females are and its just too hard to have to deal with all that. Plus, I just click more with males!

More male friends. They tell me I'm easy to talk to, fun to laugh with, and comfortable to be around. I provide an open ear and a caring shoulder. I only have 3 true girlfriends.

Hmmm....I try to keep an equal balance though it is hard with the male friend thing as there is always the sexual tension thing. Though I've had a few female friends that have wanted to do things too!

Men... always have and always will, I grew up with men around me in the form of 4 older brothers, plus I have older parents. It is very rare for me to befriend a woman, I can do it but we're catty... meow. I have never had a problem relating to men at all... I just adore them to pieces. And this isn't sexual in nature either.
