I am looking for any brand of an LP gas (propane) water heater. The problem is it must have a diameter of 18 1/2" or less (preferabbly a little less) or it won't fir into the designated space. Does anybody know of one and where I can purchase it. Thanks.

I have already checked Home Depot and Lowes. Cannot do a tankless water heater because I do not have electricity under my sinks.

American Water Heater makes a model that is 16 inch diameter. It's their model number FG61-30T30-3NOV. You should be able to contact American direct to find the dealer nearest you who should be able to order up this particular model for you.

Your best bet is going to be to buy a 30 gallon water heater. If that is too big then try a 30 gallon for a mobile home. Your Last hope for that size is going to be a tankless water heater.
Websight below to give you an idea.
Check with your local hardware stores.
