Ok..I am one of the many people born with HIV...i am currently 20 years old.....also i am gay..i realize being gay and black gives two strikes against me but does anyone really thing that i could find a guy who likes me for me and the HIV won't be a problem..i am very critical of people sometimes..sometimes i think that if i found a guy who is also HIV positive would mean he is only dating me because we are alike..would like to hear from fellow YAHOOers...

Y'know, I'm certain there are guys that would love to date you regardless of your HIV Status. Just continue being open about yourself(as well as your status) and allow it to happen. Many times we can be our own harshest critics as well as being equally harsh toward others. Over-analyzing situations can be the downfall of many relationships, try to be aware without attempting to analyze each and every nuance. Sometimes a person really does like you for you.

A magazine I read had an article about a guy living with HIV and the partner he has is okay with it, they plan on having an African Wedding. You can definitely find love somewhere. Good luck, God Bless!

O don't think you will have a problem with that. I think you being gay will acctually make it easier for you to be accepted by a potential gay relationship. Where as more conservative would be more difficult to talk to.

Enjoy life (Love )=for what it is~~~~~~nothing is better than having a friend for life with or without AIDS....friends are forever and AIDS is only temporary until it takes the toll then it dies, friends stay friends forever until =death do you part and then you see each other up the mountain pre-wrapped for you!
AIDS is only one sginficant boundry with no limits.
