by now or when you hit the road on 30/12, the floods at Johor should subside hence no problem for you to travel on the NS highway. If you have the times then you should visits both highlands, there are distinct differences between them yet unique !

Genting Highland houses the one and only casino of Malaysia n with the amazing theme park[both outdoor n indoor] plus the cold mountain weather, you definitely would enjoy your holiday.

As of Cameron Highland [ my friend just came back last weekend ], though has gone through many development but still remain ever charming with it greenery, don't forget to try the steamboat n vegetables soup, wow !

But remember now its still few days before school holiday over, it would be crowed at those two places. There was even a traffic jammed in CH when i visited the last Chinese New Year.

There is no floods from Malacca toward CH or GH, but do check-out the latest news regarding Johor flood situation before you starts your journey just in case ! Have a wonderful holiday !
