You can't lose weight with a water pill only water. If you are resorting to these or laxatives to lose weight you are setting yourself up for big trouble, that could possibly be fatal. You should not be using any pills while breastfeeding that your doctor does not ok. Even something as common as an aspirin can have devistating effects for your baby. If you want to lose weight do it with a sensible diet and exercise to burn extra calories you don't need. There is no other way to do it. You can't expect shortcuts to work and keep your health.

I am not sure how many pounds you can lose, but you should not take these when you are breastfeeding. You should only be trying to lose weight by getting right and small portions. Good luck. You will lose the weight. It just takes time.

Don't take those while you are breastfeeding. I guess you didn't read the directions. This isn't going to make you loose weight. It will only take a way excess water. If you want to loose weight start a exercise program
