Most probably not. Since you're a minor, your parents would have to give permission (called consent) in writing to the doctor, to give you treatment. This is one of the papers that they fill out and sign at the doctor's office. Of course, this doesn't count for emergencies, where their consent would be implied. By emergencies, this would mean a danger to life, limb or eyesight. On the other hand, your parents can make arrangements ahead of time, and give consent to the doctor to have this procedure done at his office. Best of luck to you.

If you are in Britain you can go to the doctors by yourself aged 12. And they can only tell your parents about it with your permission.
