Pour straight peroxide on it..that takes it out of clothes so it will probably work on carpet too.

And that's why you don't walk naked around the house. I would get a cleaner from the store and rent one of those machines. I use natures miracle for the dog, but the other day I cut my knee and bled on the carpet, and it worked on the stain.

Use straight peroxide and a white rag. Do not rub, it will push it further into the carpet. Blot only. As long as you are pulling color into the rag, you are pulling the stain out of the carpet

yuck! that's really kinda gross.
Instructions
STEP 1: Blot the blood with an absorbent cloth, being careful not to spread the stain. STEP 2: Use a small amount of mild detergent directly on the stain. Work the detergent into the stain with a toothbrush or small brush. STEP 3: Blot the area with a clean, dry, white cloth. STEP 4: Pour a small amount of ammonia on the stain. Allow the ammonia to sit for several minutes to break up the stain. STEP 5: Blot the area with a clean, dry, white cloth. STEP 6: Apply a small amount of detergent directly on the stain. STEP 7: Blot the area with a clean, dry, white cloth. STEP 8: Rinse the area with clean water. STEP 9: Blot the area with a clean, dry, white cloth.
