although you dont bother to say, i suspect it is an automatic tranny.not a manual. loose flywheel bolts will cause a noise rather than a vibration. like a rod knock that goes away in a drive gear, but knocks in p or n. i suspect you have a torque converter that either threw a balance weght off of it, or has come apart internally. this is how you check it, jack the front up, using jackstands(safety here) take off the tin dust cover on the trans, loosen and remove totally the 3 torque converter bolts to the flywheel(correct name for this is a flex plate) and push the torque converter away from the flex plate as far as it will go. about 1/2"... start the motor, and see if the vibration is gone. may have just a little noise due to the loose torque converter, but this ok. not hurting anything. if vibe is gone, torque converter is likely the problem.
