i don't know the actors name but his character was donny on Frasier and he was the most dispicable character on tv. He (the charactor) tried to brake up two solemates Niles and Daphne who ended up getting married. The other actor that was the worst was the actress who played mel on Frasier she was horrible as was her charactor.
