If you want to exchange them for good old U.S. dollars, then you may take them to your bank. However, unless you have a large quantity of coins, the bank might not want to make such a small exchange, so you may not be able to change them into U.S. dollars.

Your best bet is to offer them on an auction web site. You may not be able to get the exact amount that they are worth, but you would at least get something for them....

You can't exchange coins only bills and only in certain amounts.

For those countries you would need thousands to cover the exchange rates.

Like others said eBay is your best bet I have bought coin lots from eBay.
