Does it happen continuously? You can try doing a repair installation, which won't ruin any files on your computer if you have the original installation disc.
Usually, if it is continuous, it might happen when you do a certain thing. Take note of that if you decide to talk to a support team.

Punch windows XP and it is a Hard drive error re-install your computer then punch that too

Windows XP? Well, if it is then this is a computer crash! You have to reinstall your windows (if you have) or go to a technician who will help you back up your data and then reinstall windows! Cheers :))!

it is called BSOD or Blue Screen Of Death then means the windows have crash and REINSTALL it.
